The participation grade is based upon your attendance in class, your participation in class (turning work in on time, attentiveness, etc.) and professionalism in class (treating others with respect, being on time to class, and not being disruptive).

If you miss the online meetings, or attempt to turn in homework late, your participation grade will suffer.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that public institutions such as TSTC provide reasonable
accommodations to people with qualifying disabilities. It is the intention of TSTC to cooperate fully with the
spirit and letter of this law. However, it is the responsibility of the student with a need for accommodation to
indicate this need to Disability Support Services at least 30 days prior to enrollment to adequately schedule
services.

Course is online. You will need access to a computer and the Internet. Coursework will be submitted online through Moodle. We will meet weekly through Google Meet.

Tests will be conducted online and will be open book. Because of this, one attempt will be allowed and there will be a deadline for each test. If you miss a test, you missed it.  Keep up with your grades on Moodle.  If you get behind, you will need to drop the course in order to keep from receiving a failing grade.

I will examine each test after the test is complete because answers are sometimes counted as incorrect by Moodle.

Virtual Office hours through Google Meets will be announced.

No late work will be accepted without prior approval from the instructor. If work must be late due to an unforeseen circumstance, then this will be taken into consideration.
